As the situation with COVID – 19 is extremely dynamic and changes by the hours, we will continue to make proactive decisions that are based on care for our customers.
Many of our customers have also asked how we will care for them.
These are truly uncharted times and we are learning alongside you as we navigate COVID – 19 together.
Additional Steps we are taking to keep our customers safe:
*Spreading out the booking of appointments for our customers so there is one person in the store with limited or no overlap
*Keeping the recommended 2-meter distance between us and the customers
*Sanitizing with a bleach solution after each appointment all surfaces customers and employees have encountered, including but not limited to *Bottling Table, Corker, Bottle Fillers, Cash Desk, Pin Pad, Door Handles both inside and outside.
*Hand washing station on the bottling table
*Individual batches of corks for each customer
*Individual shrink caps for each customer who uses them
*Asking prior to booking their appointment if they have travelled within the last 14 days and if so to please reschedule their appointment
